Terms and ConditionsFlowpoint Water and Energy Saving Shower HeadsPrices : All prices are correct at the time of going to press, we reserve the right to change prices at any time, VAT at the prevailing rate is included in the price. Trades Description Act : Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct. Any reference to test and performance figures are those of the manufacturer(s). Any reference to potential monetary, water or energy savings are approximate and based on reasonable engineering tests under normal use conditions and should not be relied on as applicable to all installations. Delivery : We aim to despatch goods within 7 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from receipt of order. All deliveries must be signed for and apply to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only. Customer Service and Enquiries : If you need to make any enquiry concerning your order please contact our Sales / Service Telephone line 01462-672424 ( Mon-Fri 9.0am-5.30pm ) or Fax line 01462-673992 ( 24 hours ) or email info@flowpoint.co.uk ( 24 hours ). Cancellation / Refund : You may cancel your order and receive a full refund ( if cancelled before despatch ) anytime from the date you placed your order until 7 working days after the day the goods were delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing by fax, email or letter. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel you will be required to return the item(s) in their original packing undamaged and unopened and to pay the return cost of carriage. The original delivery charge of £3.50 is not refundable where items have already been despatched / delivered. Returns : If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 working days for an exchange or refund of the item price. Please note we do not pay return carriage on returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return any goods to the return address shown on your copy invoice / delivery note which accompanies the goods and your proof of purchase. Note : on an exchange item a delivery charge of £3.50 will again apply. Damaged Goods : Any goods damaged on arrival must be notified to us within 5 days of delivery by fax, email or letter. You must not return any damaged goods without contacting us first for further instructions. Warranty : All goods are covered by the manufacturers limited lifetime warranty provided they are used for their correct purpose in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Full warranty terms and conditions are available on request. General : Flowpoint reserves the right to change any product availability and specifications without prior notice. All specifications and information in our sales and general literature are correct at the time of going to press. |
